Generalised System of Preferences - Dubai Chambers

This service allows you to apply for a Generalised System of Preferences (GSP) Certificate of Origin, an official document that facilitates access to reduced customs duties for goods that are exported from Dubai to specific countries. The certificate is used to prove that the exported products originate from the UAE and comply with criteria set under GSP agreement.

Access services portal

Click 'Start Service' to create your account or log in to the Dubai Chambers services portal. You can also access the service using the mobile app.

Submit your application

Follow the instructions to submit all required documents.

Approval process

Your request will be reviewed and approved within two hours of submission if it meets all the requirements.

Payment and confirmation

After paying the fees, you will be prompted to download your certificate.

Dubai Chamber of Commerce members can apply for this service.
