In February 2022, the Dubai International Chambers board of directors approved a new strategy for the next three years (2022-2024), focused on strengthening Dubai’s position as a global business centre, attracting multinational companies to the emirate and supporting local companies with international expansion.

The goal is to:

• Attract 50 multinational companies to Dubai within three years
• Support the external expansion of 100 companies from Dubai to priority foreign markets within two years
• Support and motivate multinational companies to list on the Dubai financial market

The strategy identifies 30 priority international markets that offer huge economic potential to expand the emirate’s trade partnerships, highlighting competitiveness in key sectors such as trade, infrastructure, logistics, digital economy, retail and manufacturing among others.
